SPR# VROI64DNUF - A create mail file replica request may fail due to issues in archive settings for the mail file. This change includes a better indicator of the cause of the error. Prior to this fix, the error indicated problems with the mailfile only, now this error will indicate an error in the mailfile archive settings.
